Dear Friends,

        For over 50 years, the JCC and the JCC Preschool have been a place for many families in our Corpus Christi Community.  As a nonprofit organization the JCC is a place where people come and enjoy different (Jewish) Holidays, host and attend community events, have local business meetings and conferences are held.  Over these 50+ years, the JCC has also been known for offering high quality early childhood education. Our local Corpus Christi community members have always been a great support for the JCC and helped us expand to what we are today.

        Upon graduating from our preschool, a significant amount of our students continue their academic path in the Gifted and Talented program of the CCISD.  Over the last 6 years the JCC pre-school has seen a major increase in the number of students and families attending our school. We opened an extra toddler classroom, a 4-year-old classroom and an additional kindergarten classroom. Our school went up from 100 students to 148 students in less than 6 years. Each year, even after increasing the number of classrooms on our campus, we still have waitlists of over 20 students on average per grade level. With the build of a new school building, the JCC preschool will be able to eliminate the need for our current portables, enabling us to educate even more children from our community. We will give these students the best possible start to an academic career and ensure our school is ready for the next 50+ years of education.

We need your help in this important mission. As a non-profit organization we rely on our community’s generosity to fulfill this dream and educate as many of our community’s children as we can.
